Can you believe it, September is officially here and Berlin is giving us that perfect in-between energy: still warm enough for a rooftop sunset, but with just enough of a breeze to remind us that autumn is around the corner.
Add a couple of elections on the horizon and a whole lot of Berlin quirkiness in the news this week and you’ve got yourself a proper “back to reality” September.
Just a gentle reminder: this newsletter is put together by a small group of immigrant women, doing this voluntarily between work, Termine and everyday life here and we do it because this community matters a lot to us.

IWB, with +40k members, is a very active community. Given that you might not have time to catch up on everything and some good posts may get overlooked, here are a few highlights from our group, from the last week:

We’re a small team of immigrant women (mostly women of color) doing this voluntarily, every week, to support this amazing community. As we grow, so do our invisible tasks to keep IWB running.
